Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced MES Developer (DELMIA Apriso) for a 12+ month W2 contract in Sunnyvale, CA, with potential extensions. This is an onsite/hybrid role (local or nearby state candidates only) requiring a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Business Systems Analysis and MES development, preferably within a government-regulated industry. The successful candidate will design, implement, and optimize MES solutions and integrate them with ERP, PLM, and other enterprise systems.


Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements from business end users, translate them into detailed functional design specifications, and deliver scalable MES solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex MES applications (preferably DELMIA Apriso) to support manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations.
  • Integrate MES with ERP (SAP), PLM (Agile), CRM, and shop floor systems.
  • Manage full project lifecycle – from conception, design, and development to implementation and support.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports using MS SQL Server and related tools.
  • Configure and maintain multi-node server architectures for MES applications.
  • Handle long form data types (XML, JSON) for integration and data exchange.
  • Support machine and hardware tool integrations, such as digital torque tools, to enable shop floor connectivity.
  • Develop technical documentation, workflows, and user guides for MES solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure MES aligns with compliance, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis and MES development experience, with at least 5+ years in DELMIA Apriso MES.
  • Proven background in a government-regulated industry (semiconductor, medical devices, aerospace, automotive, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in MS SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Experience integrating MES with ERP (SAP ECC 6.0 or above), PLM (Agile), CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-node server architectures and data exchange formats (XML, JSON).
  • Excellent communication, requirement gathering, and documentation skills.
  • Must be able to work on a W2 basis only (no C2C, no 1099).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with front-end development (JavaScript, CSS).
  • Exposure to reporting tools such as Tableau, SSRS, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Altova Software Suite and MapForce.
  • Prior experience integrating hardware/machine tools within MES.
  • Experience with cloud MES deployments.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Writer for a 12-month W2 contract in Sacramento, CA, with the possibility of extension up to 24 months. This is a hybrid role (2–3 days onsite per week), and we are only considering California-based candidates on W2. The Technical Writer will create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation to support a major SAP S/4HANA implementation project.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, user manuals, training guides, and technical specifications for SAP modules.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, business analysts, and SMEs to capture and document requirements.
  • Create process flow diagrams, SOPs, and visual documentation using tools such as Microsoft Visio.
  • Ensure all documents meet quality, compliance, and SAP best practices standards.

Role Summary

You’ll serve as the technical and strategic leader overseeing SailPoint IdentityIQ/IQn implementations and enhancements. Leading design, development, and integration efforts, you’ll guide a team, bridge technical and business needs, ensure compliance, and drive IAM best practices across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture

Lead SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow design and implementation—connectors, rules, workflows, UI/forms.
