• Configure and support Vehicle Management System (VMS) for vehicle lifecycle management.
• Develop and optimize warranty and claims workflows, including settlements and finance/logistics integration.
• Drive service orders, maintenance plans, and customer service processes in SAP.
• Collaborate with SD, MM, FI, and external warranty platforms to deliver seamless solutions.
• Provide expertise in service contracts, warranty determination, and claims automation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of SAP functional experience with strong expertise in SAP SM/CS.
• Deep background in the automotive industry (vehicle lifecycle, warranty, claims).
• Experience integrating SM with SAP SD, MM, FI-CO, and VMS.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service & Service Contracts (preferred).
• Proven success in end-to-end service transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
