Day to Day:
Manage the Workday Advanced Compensation implementation project with limited supervision, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant to join our client’s team in Newark, CA. This is a 12-month contract role requiring a local candidate with strong expertise in SAP SM/CS (Customer Service / Service Management) and the automotive industry.
The consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of service management, warranty, claims, and vehicle lifecycle processes in SAP, driving service transformation and collaborating across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Service Management (SM/CS) processes.
- Configure and support Vehicle Management System (VMS) for vehicle lifecycle management.
