Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP SD OTC Consultant with 15+ years of SAP experience to lead the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream in Sunnyvale, CA. This consultant will drive solution design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD OTC processes while collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP SD OTC workstream, ensuring delivery of scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Analyze requirements, design functional specifications, and configure SAP SD modules for OTC processes.
• Provide expertise in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Contracts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for integrations with FI, MM, TM, and EWM.
• Manage testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), data migration, and cutover activities.
• Offer production support and resolve complex SAP SD issues.
• Document processes, deliver knowledge transfer, and mentor junior consultants.
• Ensure best practices in SAP SD OTC are followed across projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SD OTC.
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash processes (Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Credit, and Delivery).
• Hands-on integration knowledge with FI, MM, TM, and EWM.
• Proven track record leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Sunnyvale, CA.
