Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Architect with 15+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading SAP PS workstreams across multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, with strong capabilities in solution architecture, global template adoption, stakeholder management, and offshore team leadership.

This is a remote contract position with travel to Atlanta, GA required based on project and business needs. The selected candidate will independently lead the SAP PS workstream, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to define solutions, drive implementation activities, and ensure successful delivery.

Experience in the Professional Services domain is an advantage, while hands-on experience with Revenue Recognition related to SAP PS functionality is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead the SAP Project Systems (PS) workstream for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Provide functional and solution architecture expertise across SAP PS processes and integrations.
• Lead PS requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, functional leads, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Lead and coordinate offshore SAP PS teams and provide functional direction and delivery oversight.
• Drive global template adoption and ensure alignment between global standards and business requirements.
• Lead solution design workshops and recommend SAP best practices and scalable solutions.
• Identify process gaps and develop appropriate solutions within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SAP PS with Finance, Controlling, Sales, and other relevant business functions.
• Provide expertise in Revenue Recognition related to SAP PS functionality.
• Support project planning, estimation, issue resolution, risk management, and workstream delivery.
• Develop and review functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, and other project deliverables.
• Lead or support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience with significant expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS).
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Proven experience with 4–5 end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead the SAP PS workstream.
• Strong experience working directly with business and IT stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing and coordinating offshore SAP teams.
• Strong understanding of global template adoption and solution design.
• Extensive SAP PS implementation and architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PS business processes and cross-functional integration.
• Hands-on experience with Revenue Recognition related to SAP PS functionality is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working within the Professional Services domain.
• Experience with large-scale global SAP transformations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities and implementation methodologies.
• Experience working with globally distributed business and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and business process transformation.

Work Arrangement

• Remote position.
• Travel to Atlanta, GA is required based on project and business needs.
• Candidates must be willing and able to travel to Atlanta as required.

Compensation & Employment Terms

• $80/HR on W2
• W2 ONLY
• No C2C, Corp-to-Corp, 1099, or independent contractor arrangements.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
