Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. SAP EWM Consultant to support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementations, enhancements, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM processes, warehouse operations, integration with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP EWM implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production-support activities.
• Configure and support core EWM processes including:
  • Inbound and outbound processing
  • Goods receipt and goods issue
  • Putaway and stock removal
  • Warehouse task and warehouse order management
  • Physical inventory
  • Internal warehouse movements
  • Replenishment
  • Cross-docking
  • Handling Unit Management
• Work with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ERP integration with EWM.
• Configure warehouse structures, storage types, storage sections, activity areas, work centers, and warehouse process types.
• Troubleshoot EWM issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams including MM, SD, PP, and WM/EWM.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to business users and junior consultants.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with significant hands-on experience in SAP EWM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM configuration and warehouse processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of integration between EWM and MM, SD, PP, and Inventory Management.
• Experience with RF/mobile warehouse processes and warehouse execution.
• Experience with Handling Units, Warehouse Orders, Warehouse Tasks, and Process Types.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP EWM certification.
• Experience with embedded EWM and/or decentralized EWM.
• Experience with SAP EWM implementation or rollout projects.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or supply-chain environments.
• Experience working with international/global project teams.
• Spanish/English bilingual communication skills are a plus.
