Sr. Product Manager – Lead/Coach

Golden Valley, MN – Hybrid – 3 days onsite

3 months contract to hire

$70/HR on W2

• 9+ years of exp with Life/Annuities
• Ideally, ALIP, eApps and or AOE applications exp
• There is a roadmap in place, but this persons main responsibility would be to come in a build the enterprise roadmap, then teach/mentor the other Prod managers on building roadmap.
• Looking for enterprise experience, working in heavily regulated environments with lots of processes. They are moving things into production as quickly as possible but given the regulations and size of company, Caroline is looking for someone that has experience managing this.
• Person to help with moving the ball forward with Agile, Product Management(Product Team Agile). Working on/Implementing Product development processes.
• Ideally coming from life/annuities

Open to Financial services as well as Health Insurance domain(working on workflow products)
