Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to support a leading oil and gas company headquartered in Flowood, MS. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PM and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP PM modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance in the energy sector.

This is a remote position with some occasional travel required for onsite workshops, meetings, and go-lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of SAP PM processes.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, provide solutions, and create functional specifications.
• Configure SAP PM modules including equipment master, maintenance plans, notifications, orders, task lists, and work centers.
• Integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM, WM, FI, and CO.
• Conduct workshops, design sessions, and end-user training.
• Develop testing strategies and perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure system compliance with safety and regulatory requirements specific to oil and gas industry standards.
• Document system design, configuration, and change control processes.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance experience, including full-cycle implementations.
• Experience working in the oil and gas or energy sector is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of PM business processes including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, EHS, and other relevant modules.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP Fiori and mobile PM applications.
• Familiarity with data migration and interface development.
• Background in asset management and regulatory compliance within oil & gas.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Solution Manager.

Work Environment:

• Primarily remote with scheduled on-site visits.
• Collaborative, fast-paced project-based work environment.
