Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager with approximately 15+ years of project management experience, preferably leading SAP S/4HANA initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive the integration of two new external 3PL warehouses into the global SAP S/4HANA system. This role requires strong experience across SAP modules such as EWM, Materials Management (MM), and Quality Management (QM), along with the ability to lead projects independently with full ownership of deliverables.

Project Overview:
The selected Project Manager will lead the end-to-end integration of two external 3PL warehouses into the company’s SAP S/4HANA landscape. The project follows a traditional waterfall lifecycle, with development handled by a global team operating within a SAFe-aligned environment. The first 3PL go-live is targeted for November.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the integration of external 3PL warehouses into SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and global development teams to drive project execution.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across SAP EWM, MM, and QM modules.
• Ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership.
• Support project governance, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Operate within a structured waterfall project framework while understanding SAFe terminologies and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects (implementation or enhancements).
• Experience with SAP ECC projects is acceptable.
• Experience working with SAP modules such as:
  • Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
  • Materials Management (MM)
  • Quality Management (QM)
• Experience with 3PL integration projects is highly preferred.
• Understanding of SAFe terminology and structured delivery environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with full ownership and autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a GxP-regulated environment (Nice to have).
• Prior experience with 3PL warehouse implementations.

Work Location & Requirements:

• On-site role in South San Francisco, CA (3 days per week).
• Local CA candidates preferred.
• Candidates open to relocating to the Bay Area at their own expense will be considered.
• W2 candidates only.

Interview Process:

• Two virtual interview rounds.

Compensation:

• $80/HR on W2
• Long-term contract: 12+ months
