We are looking for SAP Hybris Application ( Ecommerce
B2B, B2C) support analyst to analyze defects and work with the business and IT
team for defect resolution and implementation of defects . Additionally the
role involves the conversion of the break fixes that can be converted to small
to medium projects . Support for Multi region is an advantage and working
across time zones. The role involves working with large team for Project
Reporting and Defect Management. 

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Hybris 
• At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce / Multi-channel commerce 
• At least 3 years of experience in integrating commerce solutions with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications 

• At least 5 years of experience in Java and spring 
• At least 5 years of experience in Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) and Multi-Tier Internet Architecture 
• At least 3 years in Support role ( Hypercare and AMS) 
• At least 3 years with the use of SAP tools ( Solman ) and ServiceNow.
