Below is the JD –
- Strong technical and functional skills of PS HR application and architecture
- Proficient in native tools of PS like Application Designer (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface), Data Mover, SQR, BI Publishers Reporting Tool etc.
- Proficient in Fluid UI technology of PS HR 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.56 onwards
- Strong working knowledge of SQL (Oracle, SQL Server or Sybase)
- Functional knowledge of core PS HR application modules including Workforce Administration, Recruiting, Position Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll Interface, Self-Service Modules, Approval Workflow Engine etc.
- Flexible and willingness to learn new functionality and acquire new technical skills as required by business needs
- Must be self-motivated and strong attention to detail
- Experience with multiple project development lifecycles and multiple clients
- Ability to provide outstanding application support to business users and work both independently and as a member of a team
- Aptitude for research, analysis and resolution of problems
- Minimum of 7 years of significant hands-on experience developing complex customizations using PeopleTools 8.5x onwards
- Ability to handle multiple projects with changing business priorities and communicate clearly, concisely both orally and in writing
- At least two full project implementation lifecycles
