As an Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions that meet business requirements. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities and provide customized solutions in Oracle HRMS. You will also work with cross-functional teams to design and develop technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HRMS technical consulting
• Strong technical skills in Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation
• Experience in Oracle HRMS implementation and upgrade projects
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle EBS technology stack, data model, and architecture
• Experience in Oracle HRMS integration with other Oracle and non-Oracle applications
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Oracle HRMS certification is a plus
