Role Summary
You’ll serve as the technical and strategic leader overseeing SailPoint IdentityIQ/IQn implementations and enhancements. Leading design, development, and integration efforts, you’ll guide a team, bridge technical and business needs, ensure compliance, and drive IAM best practices across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Architecture
Lead SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow design and implementation—connectors, rules, workflows, UI/forms. Architect scalable IAM integrations with systems like AD, Azure AD, HR, cloud, and PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk). Drive decision‑making on out-of-box vs custom connectors, develop custom task workflows and rules.
2. Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor SailPoint/development team, delegate tasks, manage performance. Partner with business, application, security, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical IAM solutions.
3. Compliance & Governance
Define and implement RBAC, lifecycle management, access certification, SoD controls, and policies aligned with standards like SOX, NIST, HIPAA.Conduct periodic reviews, audits, and ensure processes are compliant and well-documented.
4. Operations & Support
Offer Tier-3 support, troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint/system issues.Ensure system health—maintain, optimize, and fine-tune performance.
5. Program & Project Management
Plan, track, and execute subsidiary projects; manage resources, timelines, and deliverables.Generate reports and present updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
✅ 10+ years in IAM, with 6–8 years specifically on SailPoint (IdentityIQ/IdentityNow).
✅ Proven experience leading teams, managing projects and client engagements.
✅ Expertise in connector development, Beanshell/Java scripting, RBAC, SoD, provisioning workflow.
✅ Familiarity with directory services (LDAP/AD), SAML, MFA/SSO, and standard integration patterns.
✅ Experience integrating with cloud environments and PAM systems (e.g., CyberArk).
✅ Strong communicator—able to liaise with technical peers and business stakeholders.
🏆 Nice-to-Have / Preferred
Certifications: SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Engineer/Architect
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Prior exposure to AWS/Azure IAM integrations.
Background in high-regulation industries (finance, healthcare).

Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
Type: Hybrid—based in Minneapolis, MN (on-site 2–3 days/week)
Rate: Competitive market-aligned hourly contract rates ($60–$70+/HR on W2)
