Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Development Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions and their integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead the development team in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs, including customizations, integrations, reports, and data migrations.

• Integration Management: Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other systems using Azure services, APIs, and other integration tools.

• Code Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the maintainability and scalability of solutions.

• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation and deployment.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for designs, configurations, and user guides.

• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Dynamics 365 F&O and related technologies to recommend and implement improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O development, including X++, MorphX, and related tools.

• Experience with Azure services, Life Cycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and Power Platform.

• Strong understanding of integration frameworks such as Azure Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS), Data Entities, OData, and API Management.

• Knowledge of SQL Server, including Azure SQL, and experience with Bring Your Own Database (BYOD) strategies.

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading development teams, with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

• Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated build, test, and deployment of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.

• Familiarity with ISV solutions and managing third-party integrations.

• Understanding of GDPR compliance requirements and implementing solutions adhering to data protection regulations.

• Experience in performance optimization and managing feature upgrades and hotfixes in line with Microsoft’s release schedules.
