Hourly Rate: $70/HR on W2 + Expenses
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Core HR functional lead who deeply understands HR foundational concepts — business units, job and position hierarchies, and overall enterprise structure — and can walk into an existing, live HR system and identify the impact of legal entity, business unit, location, and department changes. This is a functional, hands-on role: the person should be comfortable getting into the system directly to trace impacts, not just advise at a high level

Required Experience
- Multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Core HR implementations,
- Strong grasp of Oracle HCM foundation objects: business units, departments, jobs, positions, and enterprise/work structures.
