Required Experience

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant to join our client’s team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management), including SOM, CC, CI, and FICA modules. This role requires expertise in subscription-based billing, order-to-cash processes, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP BRIM implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and support SAP BRIM modules including:
  • SOM (Subscription Order Management)
  • Convergent Charging (CC)
  • Convergent Invoicing (CI)
  • FICA
• Design and implement end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support integrations between SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems.
• Conduct system testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and support go-live activities.
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
• Create functional design documents and configuration documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP functional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM.
• Strong experience in subscription billing and revenue management.
• Experience with integration between SAP BRIM and SAP SD/FI.
• Knowledge of FICA processes including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Prior experience in telecom, SaaS, or subscription-based business models.
• SAP BRIM certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Lead SailPoint IIQ Engineer

We are currently undergoing a major transformation project, transitioning from Oracle OIG 12c to SailPoint IIQ v8.4. The scope of the project that remains to be tackled includes onboarding of Connected Apps (such as RACF, LDAP, Coupa, etc.), the onboarding of Disconnected Apps, as well as Reporting and Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Experience implementing RACF connector for IBM Mainframe systems.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting JDBC connector.
• Knowledge of identity governance concepts (IGA, RBAC, SoD, certifications).
