Dayforce Technical Implementation Consultant – WFM

Canada Only (Remote)

6-Month Contract

We are looking for a Dayforce Technical Implementation Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Dayforce WFM*modules. This is an IT-side, configuration-focused role, not functional advisory.

Required Skill:

• Dayforce **HR Core**
• Time & Attendance
• Entitlements
• Technical configuration & rule setup
• Data imports/exports & integrations
• Implementation & troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Dayforce WFM modules
• Set up business rules, pay rules, and time policies
• Support data migration, testing (UAT), and go-live
• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues

Requirements

• **2+ years Dayforce implementation experience**
• Strong **technical/configuration** background
• Experience with Dayforce WFM (HR Core, Time, Entitlements)
• **Canada-based candidates only** (authorized to work)
• Available for **6-month contract**

Nice to Have

• Dayforce integrations or Payroll exposure
• Consulting or system integrator experience
