Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow ITSM Solution Architect to join our direct client engagement in Sunnyvale, CA. This role requires a deep background in solutioning, design, and delivery of ServiceNow ITSM platforms, with proven expertise in conversational AI integrations and predictive intelligence.
This is a W2 only opportunity. No C2C, no third-party candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow ITSM initiatives.
- Optimize and integrate ServiceNow with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Moveworks).
- Implement Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, and scoped applications to enhance platform capabilities.
- Oversee platform upgrades, feature roadmaps, and adoption strategies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide strong communication at all levels.
- Conduct POCs, training sessions, and enablement workshops for both technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM (solutioning, design, and delivery).
- Hands-on expertise with conversational AI integrations (Moveworks experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, and scoped app development.
- Proven track record of platform upgrades, adoption planning, and roadmap execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
- Ability to lead POCs, technical training, and business enablement sessions.
Additional Information:
- Location: Sunnyvale, CA – must be onsite 3 days a week.
- Engagement Type: W2 only (no C2C, no vendors).
