Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS QA Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of QA/testing experience for a 12+ month hybrid W2 contract in Naperville, IL. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications across multiple modules, working closely with business teams, developers, and stakeholders.

This is a local candidate only role requiring 3 days onsite per week.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA efforts for Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Design, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for Oracle EBS applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Oracle EBS modules.
  • Validate patches, upgrades, and customizations within the Oracle EBS environment.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to resolve defects.
  • Document issues, track resolutions, and ensure timely closure.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of QA/testing experience, with extensive expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, or Procurement.
  • Proven knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
  • Advanced SQL skills for backend testing and data validation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work 3 days onsite in Naperville, IL.
  • Active LinkedIn profile required for consideration.
