Job Summary

ValueBase Consulting LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst to support a large enterprise PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environment in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across multiple HCM modules, excellent analytical skills, and experience supporting enterprise business applications and integrations.

Candidates must be authorized to work on our W2. No C2C or third-party candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 applications.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Perform functional analysis and solution design.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues using SQL and functional analysis.
• Support enterprise integrations and cross-functional business processes.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Create and maintain functional documentation.
• Participate in system enhancements and ERP implementation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in complex enterprise environments.
• Senior-level Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience with:
  • Requirements Gathering
  • Functional Design
  • Testing
  • Implementation
  • Production Support
• Strong functional experience in one or more of:
  • Workforce Administration
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • Absence Management
  • General Ledger
• Strong SQL troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise integrations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Large ERP implementation experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
