Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant to join our client’s team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management), including SOM, CC, CI, and FICA modules. This role requires expertise in subscription-based billing, order-to-cash processes, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP BRIM implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and support SAP BRIM modules including:
  • SOM (Subscription Order Management)
  • Convergent Charging (CC)
  • Convergent Invoicing (CI)
  • FICA
• Design and implement end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support integrations between SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems.
• Conduct system testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and support go-live activities.
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
• Create functional design documents and configuration documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP functional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM.
• Strong experience in subscription billing and revenue management.
• Experience with integration between SAP BRIM and SAP SD/FI.
• Knowledge of FICA processes including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Prior experience in telecom, SaaS, or subscription-based business models.
• SAP BRIM certification (preferred but not mandatory).
