Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud FSCM Technical Analyst to join our IT team in supporting the financial and supply chain operations within our healthcare organization. This role is responsible for technical development, configuration, and support of the Oracle Cloud Financials and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and system integrators to deliver robust ERP solutions that align with healthcare compliance standards and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Develop and support technical solutions within Oracle Cloud FSCM modules including AP, AR, GL, PO, INV, FA, and Cash Management.
✅ Design and build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, and BIP.
✅ Create and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View.
✅ Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specs, unit test plans, and deployment documentation.
✅ Collaborate with functional leads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures.
✅ Participate in system upgrades, patching, and regression testing efforts.
✅ Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare compliance and security standards.
✅ Assist in data migration, cleansing, and validation activities during implementation and support phases.
✅ Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
✅Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
✅10+ years of experience in Oracle applications development, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Cloud FSCM.
✅Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain modules.
✅Experience with tools such as OIC, BIP, OTBI, HDL, FBDI, and SQL/PLSQL.
✅Understanding of healthcare industry practices, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
✅Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
✅Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
✅Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations in a healthcare setting.
✅Familiarity with HL7, HIPAA, and other healthcare data integration standards.
✅Knowledge of Oracle Cloud PPM or HCM is a plus.
✅Oracle certifications in Financials or Supply Chain modules.
