Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support SAP Finance and Controlling activities for our client in São Paulo.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, financial processes, configuration, integration, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and enhance SAP FI/CO functionality.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support core SAP Finance processes including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Bank Accounting
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • Financial closing processes
• Troubleshoot SAP FI/CO issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Work closely with finance and accounting business teams.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Work with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP teams on cross-functional integration.
• Participate in process improvements and SAP enhancement initiatives.
• Prepare functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with strong SAP FICO experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Internal Orders.
• Experience integrating SAP FICO with MM, SD, and PP.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with multinational/global organizations is preferred.
• Portuguese language skills preferred.
• English communication skills preferred.

Preferred

• SAP FICO certification.
• S/4HANA Finance experience.
• Experience with Brazilian financial/tax requirements is a plus.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, or production-support projects.
